How this calculator handles data

The public-without-account workflow processes the costs you enter only to calculate the result returned in this browser. It does not save calculation records, projects, accounts, billing details, or marketing-email profiles. Optional model assistance remains disabled.

Vercel provides DNS, TLS, CDN, hosting, and server-side request execution, so it necessarily processes ordinary HTTP request metadata. Do not submit personal or confidential information in calculation fields.

If you explicitly allow anonymous research, HappyFlow sends the allowlisted protocol 0.4.0 event fields to a dedicated PostHog Cloud EU project. These fields are opaque page-memory event and visit references, timestamps, candidate and formula versions, coarse acquisition class, tool-progress kinds, and optional structured answer IDs. The event payload excludes cost inputs, results, identity, contact details, free text, page URLs, full referrers, visitor IP addresses, user agents, and person profiles. You can withdraw consent from the calculator; this stops future events. Previously sent anonymous events are deleted with the dedicated project no later than 90 days after the observation checkpoint. Use the published contact address for privacy questions or corrections.
